Full refunds of the ticket fee, less a cancellation charge of 50% (of standard price), will only be made if you inform in writing two months prior to the summit date (by 22 Dec 2026). Thereafter no refunds are accepted.
Substitutions of participants are possible until 10 Feb 2027.
